WHO DO YOU SELL TO?

We sell exclusively to dance studios and instructors, schools and dance team directors, and choreographers.

HOW DO I GET A LOOKBOOK?

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY COSTUME?

All KIZZI Costumes contain a Content & Care tag which provides you with specific care instructions.  When laundering, please do not use fabric softener as it will change the nature of the fabric. It’s always best to hand wash and hang dry.

HOW DO COSTUMES ARRIVE?

Your costumes arrive grouped by style and size with each piece labeled with a KIZZI hangtag that specifies the style and size.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US?

KIZZI does ship internationally but the customer is responsible for paying all duties, etc. For specific international shipping rates, please contact our customer service team at ✆ (855) 695-4994

WHY ARE YOUR COSTUMES MORE EXPENSIVE?

KIZZI dancewear is made to last. Unlike “one and done” recital costumes, our dancewear is designed to maintain its look and feel for an entire competition season.  We employ only the highest quality materials and superior manufacturing processes so that each piece fits and functions exceptionally. Each of these elements contributes to outstanding, eye-catching dance wear at a slightly higher cost than the competition. We believe it’s worth it on every level and that your dancers deserve it.

CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER STATUS?

We currently offer order status checks personally through our customer care team. You can request this information via phone or email. For phone inquiries, please call✆ (855) 695-4994 or (855)MYKIZZI during normal business hours. Alternatively, you can email us at  sales@kizzidancewear.com. Please provide your name, order number, studio name, and shipping address in your email in order to expedite our response time. 

WHAT IS YOUR “SHIP” DATE?

Our ship dates fluctuate throughout the season. It generally runs from 2-12 weeks depending on when you place your order. As with all things, the earlier you place your order, the better. Please note, your order is “placed” once we receive confirmation and payment.

WHY DO THE COSTUMES TAKE SO LONG TO MAKE?

Unlike some manufacturers that maintain large stores of inventory, we take a different and more personal approach. At KIZZI, we make your dancewear just for you when you place your order. Every costume is hand sewn in either our factory in Austin, TX or Juarez, Mexico. Therefore, the old adage “the earlier, the better” remains true when it comes to timing your order to meet important delivery dates.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday (Central Standard Time).  We are closed in observance of all major US holidays.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

If you want the freedom to pick your own colors and combinations, we offer our KIZZI ELEVATE program. Because not all inventory (or every costume) is customizable, we’ve found it works best to talk through the details in person.  Click here to send us an email with a summary of your request and we’ll have one of the members of our sales team get back to you. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

KIZZI ships from Austin, Texas via FedEx Ground – See rates below. Upon shipment, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers by email.

Express, Overnight & Saturday deliveries are available. These shipping fees are determined at the time of shipment and are billed as an expense to the customer.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

All orders require a deposit of at least 50% before an order is finalized. We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or business checks. • If you are paying with a check, please alert your sales associate. • FULL PAYMENT must clear prior to shipping.

DO YOU OFFER A VOLUME DISCOUNT?

We happily offer discounts for single orders placed before November 1, 2023, and paid in full at the time of the order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Changes to your order may be made within 7 days of order confirmation/payment. Changes requested after 7 days may not be accommodated and could result in delayed arrival of your order.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We accept exchanges FOR SIZE ONLY within 14 days of receipt of the order on costumes that have NOT been worn, altered, or embellished. We CANNOT accept size exchanges on any KIZZI ELEVATE item, sizes larger than A3XL, or custom sizes. Please contact us at 855-MyKIZZI (855-695-4994) or KIZZI@KIZZIDANCEWEAR.com for Return Authorization prior to the exchange. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

We’re sorry! But we do not provide refunds on our made-to-order costumes. However, we do offer size exchanges. See the details above. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations requested after 7 days of the order date will result in a loss of deposit.
